The secret of this iced coffee recipe is adding vanilla ice cream instead of ice cubes and blending all the ingredients together. The vanilla ice cream makes the cold coffee drink creamy, sweet, and thick.
Blend espresso, milk, sugar, and vanilla ice cream until smooth. Start the blender on low, then turn it up high.
1 mug Espresso, 150 ml Whole Milk, 1 tbsp White Sugar, 3 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
Fill the glass with one scoop of vanilla ice cream and pour the iced coffee in it.

Espresso: Use any espresso you like. Use a Nespresso or an espresso machine to make the espresso shot. If you can't make espresso at home, you can substitute it with 1 coffee.
Ice Cream: vanilla ice cream is the secret ingredient for this recipe. You can also choose another ice cream flavor if you want to, like vanilla ice cream with bourbon.
Milk: I use whole milk for this recipe. Because whole milk makes the iced coffee creamier than reduced-fat milk or low-fat milk. But you can use any milk of your choice.
Sugar: Sugar is added to make this iced coffee sweeter. If you don't have a sweet tooth like me. You can add less sugar or no sugar add all. The ice cream is also a sweetener in this recipe.
Variations on the recipe:
Add whipped cream on top
Add a tablespoon of coffee syrup, some recommendations are Hazelnut, Vanilla, Caramel.
Add some toppings, like hazelnuts, candied roasted nuts, sprinkles, chocolate sprinkles.
Add a liquor, some recommendations: Baileys, Frangelico, or Rum.
Put a dessert sauce in the glass or on top of the whipped cream. It can be a chocolate sauce or caramel sauce.
Add some OREO cookies in the blender, to get an Oreo Iced Coffee.
